           As the daylight hours grow shorter, and it gets colder outside, it's time to look indoors for family activities. Practicing Taekwondo is a fun "active" activity the whole family can enjoy, together.

           Instead of having the kids sit in front of the big screen with the video game controller, trying to get their "guy" to do what they want it to, (getting mad and throwing a fit when they can't) they can learn the dicipline of using their minds as the controller to get their own bodies (the "guy") to do what THEY want them too do! Learning control, balance and dicipline (self), which carries over to every area of their lives and, you have to admit, is better than having them fixed in front of the TV.

           OH! And parents, don't forget, YOU can do it too! Instead of sitting in the "waiting" room for your kids to "have all of the fun"..... You can join them! Doing this with you children helps build respect in your kids, for you, and brings families closer together.

Never EVER start a vigorous work-out without warming up and stretching THOROUGHLY, I rushed my warm-up and stretch this morning and almost pulled a hamstring muscle on by bag workout! OUCH! It's a little tender but I almost payed severely!
